From its on-campus location and architectural planning to its various amenities, everything at Emona has been designed around the idea of enhancing and facilitating the 21st century student lifestyle. Ideally situated on the grounds of the University of Namibia’s main Campus, Emona Residence offers students quick, safe and convenient access to the university, as well as to various on-campus facilities.

Emona Student Residence can house up to 1 148 students in its 16 three storey blocks. Each floor accommodates up to 24 students (2 people per unit) and offers a comfortable TV lounge and relaxation area, communal bathrooms and a communal kitchen. Parking bays are situated beside the blocks and each block is zoned as either male or female – there are no mixed blocks at Emona.
