

FNB Namibia requested Eris Properties Namibia to investigate the possibility of a proposed upgrade to the existing Post Street Mall Building, on Independence Ave. The building is to house non-Client facing FNB Business Units that are currently scattered in rental spaces across the City, with the Ground and Mezzanine Floors to accommodate the Main Banking Branch. The core of the upgrade entails making the building compliant in terms of current regulation where possible. It also includes providing FNB Namibia with a more efficient ‘white-box’ to populate, thus a complete strip and reinstatement of the Buildings interior.
